Re: A&B Epoxy putty
Mondello supposedly has some epoxy that'll work in an exhaust port. BUT, I just went to his website and once I got past all the "mondello, the god of porting", ahem, stuff, I still couldn't find the epoxy. Maybe it didn't work as well as they thought? Or maybe my mind started shutting down once I read that you could pay 3000 dollars and become an expert head porter in 5 days if you attend one of his schools... Or maybe I'm just a slow learner...

Re: A&B Epoxy putty
Found this with a search,
Application
Apply PC-7 in any thickness to both sides of surface and bring together firmly. Be careful to insure that ample PC-7 epoxy paste remains between the contact surfaces. To bridge or reinforce larger holes, screen wire or glass cloth is excellent. To smooth out work, dip tool in lacquer thinner or denatured alcohol. After cure, paint, drill, machine, sand, file, or saw PC-7 . ADVISE – Do not subject to sustained heat in excess of 200° (93°C). PC-7 has strength far exceeding most materials on which used. Speed cure with artificial heat.
AFAIK there are no fillers that will work and stay in the exhaust, I've looked and tried some, AB will work half decent in intake ports, but will crack over time.

Re: A&B Epoxy putty
You're welcome. I ordered one too. It sounds like some interesting stuff, high temperature and machinable.
Re: A&B Epoxy putty
Been there done that! Good Luck, I might still have some if you are interested.
