alcohol motor ring gap
i was told that for a alcohol motor the ring gap needs to be around .011 range...is that true? or just normal gap

It depends on the rings that you are using and the bore diameter....

Is this gap for a small block racing motor? , small CI street motor?

If the ring gap is to be "in the .011" range" then this must be from a 2 3/16" bore motorcycle engine...

again go by the instructions............ all of um I have done end up being in the same range as a gas deal, in no way would they ever be than small on anything that would power a car lol.
