Used to worry about the torque on the drive studs long ago. Now I just zing them on with an impact & forget it.
I will say that I have seen a few of the Strange sleeved drive studs back off/out of the axle flange over time if you go crazy with the impact when putting the wheels on. But never a problem putting wheels on with an impact on MW drive studs if the drive studs are installed correctly in the axle flange.

Lug nuts are usually one of the last things to be done....does that mean the new motor is done???

One thing on trailers people don't think about is how close the axles and tires are with the twisting and turning will loosen the lugs over time it a good thing to put on the check list before heading out.90 to 100 on 5/8 but also should check the wheels some wheel companys recomand there own torque to keep from damageing the wheel
