Common ... ?
How tall is the deck?
What is the base circle size of the camshaft?
Have the heads been angle milled?
9.300" / 9.350" intake
9.700" / 9.750" exhaust
might get you close.

This job sucks being I have no idea about anything that was done, other than PRW 1.7 rockers & 8.300 in/8.700 ex push rods. I am checking the springs tomorrow.
Re: Push Rod Length ?
Ive found that there is no common size as I just went through this myself. Seems like when you change camshaft,ya need to change pushrods but not always. Just get an adjustable pushrod and ck your lengths. Set the flat part of rocker over spring parralell to the spring and account for your lash if using solid lifters. Thats how Jon kaase told me how to do it and it worked fine.

I presume it is a "typo" but, if it isn't, those pushrods are about an inch to short.

No typo! I am working on another customers engine that someone had no idea what was up or down. This whole boat had problems, but I was told the engine was taken care of, ya I know ! This engine will be getting new springs rockers and pushrods and maybe even new lifters.
