Re: AN fittings -16 vs -20
-20 on my rig Big "D". Smaller would have work fine, but I have a big collection of AN fittings so I used what had on hand. Bigger just seem better to me. I think I still have some -20 fittings out there in the shop, one straight and one 45 degree and probably some hose too. If you want to go big, I can make you a deal on what I have if they will work for you. What Mike has his pipe rack seems to work fine too.

I was in a hurry and typing on a phone so it is amazing it was the only big mistake.

D, I just use the thermostat with the center clipped out. I just use a side cutter and clip out the tie bars holding the center part in it. Seems to work like a charm. Ole Doug turned me on to that deal. When we start racing sometimes we really do some serious hot lapping and I've never had a temp problem. The radiator is relocated to the rear also and the only air flow it has is from a couple of electric fans.

Thanks Rob, I have a few of them laying around in the garage, I'm going to do that...
