making some progress!!

getting the engine bay smotthed out and fitting the new trans to engine and getting ready to drop down in an install front and mid plates.rtstosell045.jpg[/IMG]

its a 572. gunna put a 200 shot on er and let it sing. might waite till I change out the block for ole'frosty though.

engine bay is now done. Still need to make the upper rad support and a couple brackets for lightweight nose peice.

Are those new 2x3 frame rails? Mine are kinda rusty and heard about this working good, do you have any side views of the rails?

I was thinking about cutting the old ones off and replacing with rails but they were solid, I just thought they were ugly so I wraped them with 18Gauge sheet metal but looking at it u would think I replaced them.

I bet everything I cut out of the front was close to 15lbs not counting the bumper support and the factory nose with headlights. Every little bit helps.
