engine bay is now done. Still need to make the upper rad support and a couple brackets for lightweight nose peice.

Are those new 2x3 frame rails? Mine are kinda rusty and heard about this working good, do you have any side views of the rails?

I was thinking about cutting the old ones off and replacing with rails but they were solid, I just thought they were ugly so I wraped them with 18Gauge sheet metal but looking at it u would think I replaced them.billandlori wrote:That looks great!!

I bet everything I cut out of the front was close to 15lbs not counting the bumper support and the factory nose with headlights. Every little bit helps.Barney wrote:Looks really good, i meet to get some of the weight out of my front end.
