I believe its anywhere from 4.09-4.19 here, 112 is about 8 bucks a gallon but they will knock about .65 a gallon off if i buy by the 55 gallon drum!

Re: VP Methanol...bought a drum today.....$279 tax included. Could have bought a drum of regular industrial stuff I have used for years for $154....but I get that 60 miles away. Would have spent more in diesel fuel to go get the cheaper stuff.
The stuff I bought doesn't say M1. Just says VP Racing clear alcohol. But it's in a new sealed drum.

I'm going to try and find out where others are getting their alky from......beside the tracks. I already know the price of the alky kit, tank, fuel lines etc. blah blah blah

Re: $4.79 for 93 octane
Guys vp methanol M1 is guaranteed to be 99.99 pure and is in a new drum. Vp race methanol is in a used drum or rebuilt as they say and the fuel CAN be the industrial grade. I sale m1 here for 158.00 a drum including tax. no drum deposit. Race methanol is typically 25 cheaper a drum but I quit offering it last year because of some issues we had with quality control.

Re: $4.79 for 93 octane
E85 right down the street from me is at $3.30/gallon. It burns clean, engine runs cool, and it smells good. I stopped checking the ratio because it's allways within 2%. At 13.5-1 the 547 loves it.
I do remember when it was below $2/gallon.
The majority of us voted for change and we got it.

Tore,
I would think 93 octane is $3.80 -$3.90 a gallon here in Northeast,Ohio since 87 octane is $3.66 a gallon.

Re: $4.79 for 93 octane
Its $1.40/liter here, x 3.79 = $5.31 per US gallon. Our oil sands are pumping oil like crazy but we are hooked into the word market, so there ya go.
This alky thing is sounding real interesting.......
