Brand X Ruff Running Help
Our daughter in law bought a 1996 Camaro with the 3.8 last fall. The car is mint but it runs really rough sometimes.
I found the EGR actuator was broken and not seating so I replaced that. It starts better but still runs rough when it is in the bottom quarter of the tank, it seems to run fine when it is filled up!! Would this be a fuel pump issue or what???
Thanks for the help in adavnce. BTW, I already suggested selling it and getting a Mustang lol!!

that is about the same simtum my honda had.i had replaced all of the after the fuel tank filters with no resolution.one last thing was the in tank pump and filter so i said if im in their im replaceing both.the pump was good but the filter on the bottom of the pump was clogged badly.i cut the filter around the edge it had real fine silt dirt in it,the tank was clean though.
at first the car would act up around 1/4 tank, then about 1/2 tank.after it done it with nearly a full tank is when i got pissed and done the intank deal,no moor problems!
