dove c heads with cj valves

so the previous owner tells me the heads off my car, dove-c and a c9ve heads,(dont ask)
have cj valves installed. what size are cj valves so i can confirm this? the motor is in my shed for the last 8 years
dont think there has been any porting. they worth anything to sell and get aluminum or should i just get the mad porters info and port
these things to get this car moving till i save the big money for aluminum
