Will fel-pro 1028 head gaskets be allright to run on a 477 n/a race use only engine with 12:1 compression? If not what do you guys suggest?

They should work, but unless you've got a big bore, the 1018 might be a better choice. Lem also has the FRPP gaskets which are the same thing for less money... Idea

The 1028 is actually a Big Bore gasket , a 1018 is what is intended for that bore. I run a 1028 on a .080 bore but it is because I have a A head and it has to use a big bore gasket. I would think it might be ok ,but I'm not 100% sure.
