valves for scj heads
i bought a set of aluminum scj heads a few weeks ago bare, they are new my question is what size/length valve do i need to run with them the cam i am gonna run is right at 700 lift also it is a street car mostly

You need the 2.200" X 5.265" long intake valve and the 1.760" X 5.060" long exhaust valve. The Ford part numbers are A-429-____ something or another. Lem has them in stock and I'm sure there are other sources also.

Like Charlie said, the FRPP valve are as good as anything i've seen for those heads. .700" lift is doable with the std. frpp valves......it's just a matter of putting the correct spring/retainer/keeper package together.
