A-460 HEAD QUESTION

I HAVE A SET OF FORD MOTORSPORT A-460 HEADS, WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THE VALVE ANGLE ON ALL
A-460 HEADS ARE THE SAME SO THAT YOU COULD USE ROCKER GIRDLES FROM NEW STYLE 18 BOLT A-460
HEADS? ALSO ARE THE EXHAUST PORTS ON MY (CHEVY DESIGN) HEADS THE SAME HEIGHT AS ALL LIKE
A-460 HEADS FOR HEADER ORDERING?

The girdels work.

As far as the headers, BBC stuff will work but you may have to slightly slot some bolt holes. also of you have BT BBC exhaust ports heads and headers fitted for them you could experiance fitment issues, because the A460 ports are quite a bit higher than the BT heads.

ARE THE RAISED PORT DESIGN ON THE EXHAUST THE SAME ON ALL A-460 HEADS OR ARE SOME HIGHER THAN
OTHERS?

Same. If you have a one piece flange, then be prepared to saw it into three times between the four primary pipes. The old style Motorsports A-460 heads have the ports on 4.900" centers, whereas the new style TFS heads have the ports "clustered" towards the Chevy bore spacing of 4.840".
