It's amazing how much shit you can gut out of the doors! Dropped 60+ lbs retaining the stock glass and stock door panels...

FYI - Glass was 10lbs each side. Haven't went with the lexan idea yet. Trying to see how much I can get off without going that route as of now. Just fixed mounted the door glass. No more power windows

Now yer cookin'. IF one subscribes to the old rule of thumb that 100 lbs. is worth about a tenth, then 10lbs. would be worth about a hundredth and 1 lb. would be .001. Judge for yourself if it's accurate or not...but it's food for thought.

Re: Lexan windows
I got 60 pounds off mine removing the steel inner bumpers and all the brackets and Styrofoam front and rear. There were some goofy rubber pieces behind the back tires that weighed 2.5 pounds each. Gutting the dash was worth 25 pounds. Removing all the e-brake lines and brackets was worth 12 pounds. The factory seats were 40 pounds each what surprised me was that the passenger side weighed the same with the steel manual frame as the driver side did with the aluminum electric set up.

I weighed everything I have gutted so far and funny enough came up with 130lbs! I've been on a diet for about 2 1/2 weeks and dropped 12 myself. Getting close!
