Unknown type of engine

I'm guessing it has some type of fulcrum and gear / planetary set-up

From the other videos he has posted, it looks to be based on a fulcrum. From what I see, it's not an engine, it's an air compressor since it's powered by an electric motor and has 2 storage tanks off of the exhaust side.
