C6 fluid of choice Empty C6 fluid of choice

I just picked up my trans and was wondering what the preferred fluid was. Its rebuilt with Alto reds and a manual valve body with a Coan 3500 converter. He said to use ATF but I wasnt sure if type F would be better. Also any brands better than any other?

I stick with type F in C6's .
