Quick main bearing ?

So this motor i got last year has an rear main leak and i pulled the pan off and main gridle and Kaase pump (  ) and looked at the main bearings. well there's a fatigue problem. So looking at the numbers I think they were a Federal Mogul deal so i tried a google search and only come up with a rod bearing with this number

SO i take it this is a .001 Over size bearing? Instead of Xtra clearance
