Re: New 622 C Head build
Tac shot of the 4.87 pass , killed about 200 rpm trying to keep from breaking out.
Made a shot on q16 it was about a tenth slower but not a picture perfect tune . Engine temp got up
to about 200 at finish of run and burned up enough dollar bills to buy a quarter drum of alcohol so it gets
my usual phuck gas vote lol

I dont think so Lee. I tried getting away with running the same fuel nozzles i had in the 562 , they just aint big enough and its lugging the engine , the tunnel ram is not on it yet either thats the single svo manifold..

Re: New 622 C Head build
My work schedule just isn't allowing any time to test so been making adjustments on race nights bracket racing. Been having dead hook and wheelie issues . Anyway made some changes to correct that , converter is tight especially in high gear it has a 14 blade stator . Best pass last night was 4.87 @ 134 on the brakes killing about 8 mph . I guess I either need to decide spray this one or get another converter my only issue is this converter is perfect for running the Dixie races .

Nice pass. It's gotta be hard working all the time and not racing with a car that runs that good. Steve
