A SAD day today.
Harold Webster (342g),Our dear friend and forum member is gone. He passed yesterday in Hospital. He fought a brief battle w/Lung cancer and other issues that came up because of it. Harold ask us that were close too him to not mention his illness on the internet as to not worry others. We will surely miss Harold and the good times we shared.

Most of my pictures are of cars and not the people who drive them, but there are a few here and there.

Harold and I never got along so great, but I have since changed ALOT, and was genuinely saddened by the news of his passing from this horrible disease ... I'm sure he was a better person than I had previously given him credit ... Please accept my condolences for Harold and his family ...
God's speed Harold ...

Thanks Doug, sometimes these keyboards leave a bad impression about people that they don't deserve. Thx for the condolences. Losing Harold is truly like losing my Dad or brother. Please keep Sheila and the rest of the family in all your prayers.

Sorry to hear. Always enjoyed seeing Harold at the ford races. Prayers for all that knew him. This is why I would spend my last dollar to go racing and have a good time. Live like there's no tomorrow, because there might not be.

Re: A SAD day today.
This is a really, REALLY sad time...
I didn't know him really well but, I am glad I could call him a friend as we would hang around together once in a while at different races and those were some great times.
I knew he was ill but, didn't realize till very recently that it was this bad. I am extremely sorry that he never got to race that car he was so proud of ... one more time.
Even when things were going bad for him at the races, he was still a pleasure to be around.
