Power rack & pinion for my Mustang 69 514cid?

Hi guys.
Does anyone have any experience (or fact knowledge) whether any of the below listed power rack & pinion sets will fit in my 69 Mustang with:
- 385-series 514cid engine
- FPA Shorty headers (nr 12 at http://www.fordpowertrain.com/FPAindex/Mustang1.htm and http://www.fordpowertrain.com/stage_2_460_revised.htm)
- Trick Flow heads
- Normal front-sump oil pan
- shaved shock towers (by over one inch each side)
- normal 69 V8 spindles (I think.., or they are from 70 Mustang)
- Baer power disc brakes.
