How much can you turn a crank? Empty How much can you turn a crank?

I got a crank and it's already .010 on the rods, .020 on the mains. Is the anything wrong going to .030? It will be around a 550hp build, and race only and didn't know how the thicker bearings would hold up.

It will be fine as long as you can get bearings in the size.

Yes but when you turn it .300 under on the rods the bearings are STD again!

Yes they are! So I guess thicker bearings are not an issue in my case...
