Starter for 184T & ZF Empty Starter for 184T & ZF

I have a ZF and a 184 tooth neutral balanced flywheel. The 184 tooth flywheel is the same diameter as the original 180T ZF flywheel, just more teeth. Will the late 80s/early 90s manual starters work with this?
