cam bearings
I have run the roller cam bearings in my stuff over the last 4 builds but this time it will be slightly different.
the question is weather to use standard cam bearing or the rollers again?
this build will have hydraulic roller cam and lifters, and be street driven.
all comments considered.

Re: cam bearings
was not to worried about the cost of line boring the the roller bearings I was more interested in the fact the standard bearings could cope.

Re: cam bearings
The roller cam bearings seal off the oiling hole to the cam. The roller cam bearings function via splash oiling in a high rpm race engine. They will not have enough oil in a lower rpm street engine application. Therefore run the babitt bearings on the street because the have the oil feed hole open.

The Dura-Bond FP-30AT is the wider, coated bearing set.
