Cylinder Head to Block Dowel Pins
While taking off my cylinder heads to replace the Valve Springs I noticed that it seems that during the last refreshing of my engine one of the cylinder head to engine block alignment dowel pins was left out. The head was located with one dowel , and just the head bolts on the other side.
Is there anywhere to find new ones? Or do I just have to visit some machine shops.

Summit Racing sells them but not in small quantities, if I recall most of the options have at least 10 in the package but they only cost a few dollars. I'd check any local machine shops first and use the internet as a second option.

Re: Cylinder Head to Block Dowel Pins
I dropped off my heads for a valve job and new springs at the shop. They have them in stock. Thanks
