Lowered the back down 1 1/2" looks better but I can lower it another 1 1/2" if I need to after I get new wheels and tires I going with a little taller tire on the front. So that will rase the front up a little bit don't want the back down lower than the front. It's about 2 1/2" higher in the rear right now.

Been working on the truck got the exhaust over the rear end helps to work where I do we use 3" stainless steel tubing. I have been collecting 90* had to cut and shorten them after figuring out where to cut them to make everything fit right I decided not to run 3" stainless all the way back from the headers that be later on.

Got the cab in primer been looking for a hood mine is in bad shape but having no luck finding a good hood everything I find is in worse shape than what I have. My original hood came unlatched and blew up and messed it up had another old 3/4 ton took the hood off it but it is about rusted out. I found a place to buy a new metal hood but not paying $1600 for a hood.

Bought a set of 2004 GT Mustang wheels and tires for $200 the tires are 245 45 17 looks a lot better with them ordered 5 1/2x4 1/5 adapters to put them on the I am going to run a 255 50 17 on the rear

Did a little work on the hood today between rain showers I have been looking for another hood but still having no luck local. Did lower the rear end down a little more but could not get it where it needs to be. I got to build a new drive shaft mine is too long to drop it to match the front. That will be a little later on.

Finally got the whole truck in primer water sanded it today if the weather permits I will spray it Saturday. I did the rear suspension in ultra charcoal may go back and spray the front inter fenders with it also.

Managed to get the cab sprayed today the wind started blowing to hard this afternoon for my blow up paint booth. I will try to get the bed and fenders tomorrow if the wind is not too bad in the morning.

The bed seams came out great but it was a job for sure to get them looking good the seam sealer stuff you buy now days just don't last[

Yes it is plus you only have 1/4 of the cost of a body shop would charge. You Tube videos help out a lot this is the best I have clear coat come out. I watched a lot of Paint Society videos he explains how to setup your spray gun and how to watch the droplets and how the droplets need to be for base coat and how they should be for clear coat

Got the frontend back on tried finding a new windshield for it but nobody around here has one. They say their supplier can't get one I might order one off line and install it myself.

Started the spray in bed liner should finish spraying it this afternoon I added stainless steel to the floor in the front to cover the bad spots.

Finished spraying the bed I put Ultra Charcoal over the bed liner . I had over sprayed the old liner and it stayed on it maybe this will.

Well got the bed back on its a little lower than I wanted but it not a bumper dragger. Still got to paint the hood and tailgate if the weather ever figures out what it wants to do. On the good days I don't have time to do it still waiting on a few little things to come in and windshield gasket.

Can you lower the front vs raising the back to even out the fender gap?

Not lowering it anymore the truck is 1 1/2" higher in the rear. The wheel wells on the front is hight than the back you can see by the body line. Plus I have more turning radius for a taller tire the front bumper is only 12" off the ground now rear is 13 1/2" off the ground
