I blew that motor up, the second motor was pretty much the same spec wise. it was a flat top motor with a comp roller lifter cam. After the build was complete
it was put on the dyno. it made 721 hp with the Pro System 4150. I swapped out the intake on the dyno with a dominator flange intake with the ports gasket matched. I borrowed a Pro Systems 1150 that my engine shop had for the dyno. The new combo made 787 hp @ 6900.
The engine loved the dominator and the engine just seemed to come to life with the increased breathing. The carb never was removed from the engine.
I bought the dyno Carb and and it came home with me.
So with the Gasket Matched Dominator Flange Intake and Pro Systems 1150 you picked up 66 Horsepower over the Pro Systems 4150 Carb if so Very Impressive?FWIW i put a 1/2" 4150 to Dominator Adapter on my Victor Intake with a Quick Fuel QFX-4700 on my 466 and seat of the Pants says it picked up a nice power gain over the 1,000 HP 4150 carb i had on it before!!FWIW i have a Dominator Flange Victor that's Gasket Matched to CJ Port Size i have Aluminum Ford Racing CJ Heads!!
It could look like this with a 4150 and Air Cleaner!!
Or This but without the Air Cleaner[Hood Clearance] The Dominator Picture is for you John Myrick[The Carb I bought from you]!!

Re: Carb sizing
Camo Dominator for the Win. Just kidding I see the 4150 throttle arm under the air cleaner pic.
That's a nice looking engine.
If you want to go Faster go Dominator on these upper build engines like the OP's
I think it's too late though judging by his top end thread.
