Looks like the one in the in the above post Sold for 36K or less. For exotic stuff like this it may have been the best deal going I have seen so far.

A bit late but didnt see it mentioned and always wondered if an oversized "sleeve" or liner in block could be put into a block. thinking similar to big diesels where its got a lip that pinches between head and block surface to support the top. would probably need some extra work at bottom to keep it aligned. Need people more knowledgeable than me to see if its possible. believe most of the diesels are designed specifically but may be able to modify. they used to make block spacers to make tall decks so theirs been weirdness done in past.

Anything could be done with enough money dumped into it, but their are billet aluminum custom blocks that can be taken to the limit in any direction you desire and they are properly engineered to be strong.
