Torque-plate suggestions

I’ld like to purchase a torque plate to keep on hand. Easier than searching locally for a shop that has one to work our blocks with.
Looking foe suggestions on who currently manufactures them, and what might I watch or ask for in a new piece? BHJ, ICT comes to mind, and I met a couple guys at PRI that said they could build one. I’ll be back there in December, wanted to check here for suggestions.
