I’d like to purchase a torque plate to keep on hand. Easier than searching locally for a shop that has one to work our blocks with.
Looking for suggestions on who currently manufactures them, and what might I watch or ask for in a new piece? BHJ, ICT comes to mind, and I met a couple guys at PRI that said they could build one. I’ll be back there in December, wanted to check here for suggestions.

Some may not agree but, I use a "Steel" plate 1 inch thick, (not cast iron), made by BHJ.

I've got several from CCA Racing Products. No complaints so far. BHJ makes nice plates but they have gotten really high on prices. I think CCA may only make aluminum plates.

UPDATE. Still on the hunt for a torque plate. Had a deal on a used BHJ that fell through. I think I'd prefer steel, but interested to see whats out there used.
