Re: Need help with valve springs
You may have to shim the springs to get the 1.8 installed height.

That would be a whole lot of shims, .250" worth. I'd suggest that you do some research on the Comp Cam site and see if there is a taller spring that is still a mild spring. Then if not, what about a set of shorter valves, or I'd say use minus .050" locks and then the shims, or big washers in your case!

Re: Need help with valve springs
Be careful going with a tall spring and short lift, you will lose needed over the nose pressure.
A 927 comp spring would probably work, but you would need to break it in with the inner out, because the open pressure would be a little high. Install it at 2.025 @160# and at .600 lift 1.425 @close to 450lb. Spring rate is 498 per inch.
Just something to look at. Could be some more.

Re: Need help with valve springs
The ProComp head and your valve combination is the reason. Those heads use D3VE length valves which are shorter than D0VE's or CJ's.
A NASCAR counterwound double spring from P.S.I. is the only ones to go in that tall and have the pressures you want - that spring is expensive though.
The closest CompCams which will work for you is the #935
Personally, I can't imagine ANY hydraulic which calls for a spring with 160 pounds on the seat.
