The Weather Channel or Weather.com......
Just joking, honestly I'm not that high tech, with previous cars, I've always had them dialed in and never worried about changing tune, already knew what they would due in the conditions and after making a few passes.
But I never do heads up stuff either......

Weather Station
I have been using Computech for many years.
They are all expensive, but I have always had good support with Computech.
My latest system is their RaceAir system with a pager. You only need that pager feature if you are at a big multi-day event and have no one to help you by running back to the trailer if you get stuck in the staging lanes for a while.
Best bet is to call Don Higgins at Crew Chief Software. Don sells all of the top brands of weather stations, races at many NHRA Division races and National events (recently won a National Event in Super Comp) and is the best resource for weather stations and software.

I use his CrewChief Pro 7.0 with my Computech system.
I hope this helps.
