I'm not a NOS guy but, I'd have to say I would depend on how much timing was pulled if/when the amount of NOS goes up.

Stock bottom end 429 11:1, D0VE-C, mild 275/285 cam w/150 shot on VP Red - never any problem - pump gas on the street

Re: 112 octane too much??
That combo could run on pumpgas w/ a conservative tune, anything more than 110 when spraying it may actually slow the car down. Your not spraying a ton so you could actually mix 110 and 93 and youll be fine.

So if I have only 5 gallons of 112 in the car, how much 93 could I mix with it?

FYI, from another question of yours VP-Red is 105 octane. Is the 112 you mention 112 octane or C-12? ( C-12 is 108 octane)
Mix your fuel 50/50 is fine. At your compression and the size shot you don't need to better gas, but it's not going to harm you either. I think your system would run okay with out it, but blending it is not a bad idea. 50/50 blend
