anybody have anything? i was reading on the old forum about db electric? doesn't seem like u get much for 47.00?? i have 16to1 plus comp. ratio. thanks eric

auto? wasn't aware they was differant Embarassed actually i have a clutch but was using the same starter that i had with my glide. thanks eric

The one for the manual trans does not fully engage the teeth on a flexplate. I ruined a flex plate not knowing this last year. The gear reduction starters from the later 90's models work remarkably well and are available at most auto parts stores. Cool

They may be cheap in price but,they work great.Lot of guy's on here run them w/big c/r.
