cam and intake selection for a 429 Empty cam and intake selection for a 429

Post  torkair August 27th 2009, 11:07 pm

I was looking at mechanical roller cams for my 429 project and came across a crower piece that looked pretty promising with .570/.572 lift, 275/284 duration, and 110 lsa. It seems pretty streetable compared to the other cams that i saw. Also i was wondering about peoples oppinions on intakes like the edlebrock performer and performer rpm airgap, this will be on top of cleaned up D0VE heads. Thanks for any imput you guys can give me!

I know that the performer intakes are good street intakes, and that they are proally your best bet on the street

I've got the Air gap on a 351w and really like it.
