Hey Jon 05 powerstroke question?

I know I know. Its a 6.0 and ya'll think its a pos but so far mine has been decent.

Had the high pressure oil fitting go but otherwise close to 50k and no major probs.

The one issue I do have is that I can smell exhaust inside the cab almost all the time. My local ford dealer said that it might have a cracked down pipe but when they checked it out all they did was install manifold gaskets. They said the pipe was ok. Suggested that it was coming in through some vents in the back of the cab???

Any other possibillites come to mind?? I am good with HeRo stuff if thats what it needs.

THe up pipes break at the bellows all the time. I always replace them both, unless its a warranty deal then you just fix whats broken.

Could be worse, it could be a POS 6.4..................
