More good shooting

Little sister couldn't let big sis have the only 4H shooting medal this year.

She has been shooting real well in practice, and carried through today at the competition. Two other girls got medals today too. I'm proud of how she did on the shooting part, but real proud that she got a 100 on the written exam. She has a lot of trouble in school with taking tests.

Congratulations to the kid! She has a skill that will feed her for a lifetime . I think its cool when my girls ask for guns for Christmas and Birthdays

I like it when they take an interest in anything and really apply themselves. I bought the younger one a bow the other day for her birthday.

Yeah, thats pretty cool. Kids today usually don't understand the importance of knowing how to fish, hunt and farm.

Kids always do better at something they are interested in. Very cool and kudos to you for teaching her the importance and safety of guns. Next to the Good Lord I think guns are the most misunderstood item out there.

One more competition this year, the oldest wants to try her hand at trap shooting. I've had her shooting some blue rock on the trap range before and she did just fine. We'll see how it goes for her in a competition setting. They have an excellent instructor for this class that has been shooting trap for over 20 years and is very good.
