Good night of testing
Hey y'all,
"Hired Gun" Mark McDonald goes 184.70 mph on his FIRST full quarter mile pass in The Jack Austin Project. Blake the Snake goes 152.80 mph in his Mustang (first pass) and then pulls a monsterous wheelstand on his second pass but stays with it and fights it all the way to the end. Randy (KY Jelly) Moore runs steady 5.11s and 5.12s in his Mustang and beats the blown '57 Chevy of Randall Boles in the Dixie Doorslammers match race. The old dogs, me included, had to leave early in order to make church tomorrow, so unfortunately I don't know the "rest of the story".

Re: Good night of testing
I have a 4600 chip in the 7AL2 now, thinking about going higher. It will see 5200 if I put on the transbrake with no chip and floor it for a second. I need to figure out the shocks to, they are strange double adjustables.
Anyway, I don't want to hijack this thread. But Blake obviously has things figured out with a 1.24 60' time. That is awesome.
