Boost vs Fuel Enrichment?
Are there any formulas out there for how much the fuel system
needs to be enriched for each lb of boost applied? And more
specifically, to maintain the correct A/F ratio for E85?

Re: Boost vs Fuel Enrichment?
I'm not aware of a formula, but I know on Dry NOS setups, we typically start with 30pph of fuel per 100HP of NOS consumed. If you know the brake specific/est hp, you can calculate how much fuel you need. Ex. on Gas, 1000HP (boosted) may run @ a BSFC of .6 One would need 600pph of fuel. Add 30% for E85..I've been told that a boosted engine can pick up 7% HP per pound of boost. Not sure if this is accurate. I'll keep my eyes open, and if I see a chart for boost, I'll share.
