Anybody running an alternator with a front motor plate?
Looking for some pics of how it is mounted. I'm trying to get away from the charging between passes. Thanks

I run a ND style super mini 50 amp from Powermaster with my plate. Just has a cutout in the plate. With a single large 12V battery I never charge at the track. I keep a float charger on it at home so the battery is 100 % when I go.

If you run a solid front motor plate, the alternator doesn't need to be mounted on the engine. Anywhere on the frame facing the front of the engine which will align the drive pulley is all which is necessary.
An alternator doesn't matter which direction it rotates.
