Boss 429 scoop on a fox?
Anyone tried it? I looked online for a picture of a fox mustang with the Boss 429 scoop with no luck.
Setting on top of my 2 1/2" cowl hood, I think I can get my motor covered up with the Boss scoop.
I would like to do some more street driving this year without worrying about someone messing with my carbs.

I'm thinking the same thing. I just picked up a 429 scoop to go on top of my 4" cowl, but it looks like quite a bit of cutting will be needed since the contour of the scoop is different than the cowl. There's a guy going by the username Phantasea that has the same setup. He's on the other forum, but not sure about this one.

This one here?
I think I could work with that. It is getting pretty old trying to peer around the velocity stacks I use now. Right hand turns can be a bit sketchy sometimes. I'm thankful but a bit surprised no cops have given me a hard time about it.
