oil filter adapter?
Will I need a oil filter adapter for my 95 Bronco? If so will I need a 90, 45 or remote filter?
Re: oil filter adapter?
Assuming it is the same frame as what my 1995 F350 was a 90 deg. adapter will be needed. Your small block lower rad hose should work as well. Dont buy one for a big block truck of the same year as they have oil coolers in-line and the hose is quiet different.

Re: oil filter adapter?
I read somewhere that the small block trucks have a different frame cross member under the motor
Re: oil filter adapter?
I don't know about that but, I would bet diesels do.

Re: oil filter adapter?
cutting the crossmember is a bad idea (been down this bad road)
small block crossmembers is different then the 460/diesel crossmember so the factory adapter will not work
the adapter pictured above might work but I am thinking it will have clearence issues as well
somebody that has installed the above on a 460 going into a small block Fseries 80-96 crossmember would be able to confirm one way or the other
Found this on Google... Was a post on 460ford from fordinfo

^^^^ Not positive but, I bet that one would do the trick.

It does on a factory big block frame as I have one. Try posting this in the 4x4 section for some truck guys to see?
