99GT with BBF first start up

well not the first, but you get the idea.lol
but for some reason its dumping fuel down the 1 and 4 runners, and 6 and 7 too, both are on one plain of the intake, and soaked, got spark and compression..think the carb is the issue...all the other plugs are black too. i'll get it figured out yet..lol

Floats are set to high. The fuel pump is pushing fuel past the needle & seat.

floats are just below the plug, and the needles are new.

could be a power valve issue?just an idea.
