Re: PLEASE POST PICS OF YOUR ENGINES !!
Great post! I have a big block in my 66, and I'm working on a 66 (occasionally in short spurts LOL ) for my 13 year old son. I have contemplated fabbing new rear frame rails as you did. I have a LOT of rust repair ahead of me, currently in the middle of replacing complete cowl. The frame repair pics are outstanding, thanks for posting.

That's nice work there. Who did those headers? Have any more pics of the motorplate? Did you use a midplate?

For those of you that paint your engine, can you please tell me the type of paint that was used?

I painted my 460 with paint I had left from when I painted my 69 f100.But most of the time I go the local parts store and buy the engine paint in the spray can

I don't use primer on my engines and never had the paint to peel or not stick. Just make sure it is clean and no oil or grease is on it. I use my paint gun with lac thinner in it and use it to clean the engine let it dry then paint it.

Any videos of you pulling?Frank Kramer wrote:jones wrote:Dang,,,,, Frank!! How many engines you got in total? Did you buy them all at once or just add to the collection over time?
PS. If you got a spare blower I'll take it off your hands!
On the tractor:
4 A460 headed C&C blocks
1 A460 headed Eliminator
In the workshop (spares)
2 A460 headed Eliminator rotating assemblies
1 complete A429 headed SVO
Planning to go 5 aluminum engines on the tractor but want to sell some of the Eliminator/SVO stuff first...
