I promised myself not to bash anyone, but that photo kills me. That's a 3 vane I have had for like 10 years.............and again the "S10" pump I thought you sent him was one of the electric jobs.................that wont pull more than 4"......I know cuz I have one lol.


Old motor only used it for the moisture evac, DD uses it for the same reason plus the ring package............

It will get TIG welded, my machine sucks for the small stuff so I'm having a buddy who works down at the welding supply make it pretty.................I am using a MIG to tack it together. I did MIG my last set, can be done but not as pretty................don't forget the silicon bronze on the outsides of the flanges........................

i was hopeing you liked the ford to cheby adapters and hung on to them.i dont have enough room with out moveing the towers back to use em.reason i would like to use the adapters is the bolts are a tight fit on the hooker swap headers and you cant tighten them for shit.

The #3 tube was a PITA, trying to keep it tucked in to give room for the wheel was a challenge, it will just touch if you go full lock...........which I never do lol.

No more headers getting in the way of the tranny, lost the turnouts as they exit out under the fenders.

The exit angle along with the M5 fumes will keep the crowd of onlookers off of the rails in the waterbox..............

On a fox deal I would do a front fender exit, on the 69 the wheels are a lot closer to the front bumper, removing the front torque boxes lost 10#'s per side and gave lots of room for the collector.

I have about 8hrs invested so far, the last tube should be done tomorrow then i'll pull it all off and send it down to get welded, that in itsself will save a few hours of labor. I work on the guys truck often and help him out so it wont cost me anything.

After the coating which HPC is in OKC so I just send the driver at work with the tubes and it saves shipping costs. Will have 650 bucks in um total.

that bar your worken around is a lot like mine.it should go from the strut to the rocker,on a full chassis deal like mine,but it dont have a rocker bar at all on the pass side so i ran it to the frame rail like you did. it sure gets in the way.
