Block weight
Can anyone tell me what a D0VE-A 4 bolt main block weighs? I have a buyer for mine and I'm trying to get an idea on shipping cost. Thanks, Mike

Re: Block weight
Thanks Dave. Any ideas on the best way to ship it? Should I build a crate or strap it to a pallet? Can I ship it Fed Ex or find a freight hauler? I've never shipped anything this big before. Any help is appreciated.

Either way works. I'm not sure fedex will do something that heavy, roadway or Conway freight? Some time even hot shots will pick-up one

Re: Block weight
Fedex frieght will do it or ups frieght but on the fedex and ups grounds they don't handle anything over 150 lbs or 8ft long they want do anything with it has to go frieght. If I am not misstaking on ups frieght it will cost you around $150 to ship a 250 lbs crate or pallet we use ups frieght at work.Hopes this helps.
