Re: DOVE-C V/S EDELBROCK PERFORMER 60679
I thought about porting my D3VE heads but decided against it. I found a set of Eddy's with 1k miles with procomp rockers, stock valve springs and upgraded comp cam springs for $1350 shipped. It will be just a street Truck with occasional trips to the track. I think I got a good deal for the money and I don't have much time to port anyways. (too many kids) I cant wait till I get the motor together and see how it runs.

Re: DOVE-C V/S EDELBROCK PERFORMER 60679
i got a unported set of eddy heads off a member here John swenson ....ran pretty well in that falcon below is from when i purchased them he told me .
5.71 was our best on a really cool night. In the heat (90 - 100 degrees) it ran about 5.82 @ 118. It was a 4.5 bore, 4.3 stroke, solid flat tappet cam about .640 lit, C6 transmission, 4.88 gear and Ron's alcohol injection
not the best head but for what im going to do , they will work fine
