The secondary opening chart is on page 8 for the hole positions and terminology as well as rod lengths for the Holley Gen III Dominators.

If you are going to do 4500 series carb let me get you an ADP billet 1050 and all of the mystery will be gone.

ADP billet 1050 is a carb not an intake. Availability is not an issue

Must misunderstand sorry the dominator is a 4500 but you said to go with a adp 4150 so I presume you say it is better for this application? Thx

Lem said APD 1050. Sometimes we see other numbers and I recall seeing 4150 as well. I just looked up that APD 1050 and its features are that its all billet construction and its type 3 anodized. I like Dominators over 4150's mainly for the big venturi's and annular boosters. They seem to be quicker in transition and atomize fuel better over 4150's.
