ford just cannot seem the get the diesels right and yet you see millions of them on the road. They have enough problems without programers and mods. What kills me is when you pay 70 grand canadian for that truck, make 1200.00 a month payments and drive the crap out of it. How do you have 20 grand or more laying around for a new motor? I will stick to my cummins!

All diesels excluding the new 6.7 Are Navistar built, not Ford......

I have seen this several times..... I have seen the injector tips crank and/or break off and completely melt the pistons down! A lot of times a low fuel pressure problem will cause a high pressure fuel issue. I personally wouldn't own a 6.0 or 6.4 I will stick with my 7.3!!!

UREA TANKS AND PUMPS = SHITTY DESIGN.

How true, a friend of mine bought a 2012 Peterbilt in June last year. I know this because I bought his 2005 Pete. Anyway, his entire exhaust system is corroded away after nine months, it's eating itself from the inside out. Anyone who has been around urea and knows how it reacts with metal shouldn't be surprised... Evil or Very Mad
