Try a little Pam in a can, it is a self prepped coating that any housewife can use or apply once the instructions have been read thorougly. Repeat as necesary. No BLACK DEATH syndrome, or BLACK BOTTOM COOKIE fatigue as long as all directions are followed to a T. Remember to maintain a 8-10" spray pattern -- just a little trick us @ Betty Crocker Racing engines use here in Slippery Rock, Pa

I am pretty SLICK at it.

A little Pam in the "can"................she may not like it but her "cam tunnel" will appreciate the break.............more so when its being worked over by an "All Cock" HeRo.............

I coat everything with Pam when I am building an engine. It keeps the rust away.
